MAKSI is a fashion business founded and run by two sisters, Abynnah and Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah. Launched in November 2009 in +44 7912651149Accra, the MAKSI brand has rapidly become associated with innovative, stylish and affordable Afro inspired clothing.

“Coming to London: The MAKSI fashion trunk show” is an opportunity for Londoners to experience the beauty in African print inspired fashion from the ‘Gateway to Africa’ – Ghana. Visitors to this trunk show will have the opportunity to purchase MAKSI’s unique creations as well as African beaded jewelry by AWO for MAKSI. Join us on the 10^th of September to peruse, buy and meet the face behind MAKSI.  We will be upstairs of the lovely establishment known as …, so do please come along and support.

There will be a range of different styles and sizes and a look book is available via the MAKSI facebook business page.  We would really appreciate it if you informed us of your size when you confirm to attend so that we are better prepared to meet your needs.
